- Performance Optimization: Optimize the application for speed and scalability, including database optimizations and resource management.
- Security and Data Protection: Implement strong security measures and data protection strategies to safeguard user data and platform integrity.
- Lifecycle Contribution: Engage in all development lifecycle phases, adopting agile methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Laravel/PHP Developer working with a medium/large product.
- Top Expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Some experience using Python is desired.
- Extensive Experience with SQL databases that house large amounts of data.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) is a plus.
