Atarim started as our founders ran a successful Web Design agency in London, and although the projects were exciting, collaborating and managing the clients… not so much.

After trying every possible method of communicating with clients and getting projects to the finish line on time, Vito and Jehrome decided to create their own solution.

Main areas of responsibility:

Outbound:

  1. Strategic Paid Acquisition: Drive impactful paid acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Google, YouTube and Linkedin to amplify our reach, attract quality leads, and maximise conversions.
  2. Dynamic Content Development: Collaborate with our marketing team to produce content assets ensuring our message resonates with our audience.
  3. Engaging Email Campaigns: Craft compelling email copy for targeted campaigns that grab the attention of our audience, nurture leads, and drive engagement.
  4. Landing Page creation: Preferred experience with WordPress and Elementor
  5. Creative SEO writing: Leverage SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and website traffic, continuously analysing and optimising keywords, content, and on-page SEO elements.
  6. Data-driven: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to optimise digital marketing efforts and ROI.
  7. Stay up-to-date: incorporate new ideas and technologies into Atarim’s digital marketing strategy with trending digital marketing best practices.

Ideal candidate profile:

  1. Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns.
  2. Adapt with SEO best practices – educate the marketing team so that we are able to work together in crafting content ideas
  3. Paid Ads proficiency – ability to optimise Ads campaigns overtime fill top of the sales funnel
  4. Email marketing experience – emails are our jam!  Hence your email copywriting skills must be on point.
  5. Familiarity with WordPress backend technicalities.
  6. Data savvy – we have a goal to optimise every marketing activity based on data, if you have an eye for numbers, we want you!
  7. Familiarity with visual collaboration tools and the digital project management space is a plus.

Soft skills we look for:

  1. Since we are a remotely based team, communication skills must be impeccable
  2. Native or bilingual proficiency in English
  3. Able to think big & move fast!
